Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: $9.99 (7–14 business days) — Free on orders over $75
• Expedited Shipping: $14.99 (3–5 business days)

Dropship Items Some items in our store are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. These items may ship separately from other items in your order and may have longer processing and delivery times. You will receive a separate tracking number for these items.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages Sassy Southern Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at Sassysoutherncreationsss@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
