Most in‑stock boutique items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom, handmade, or made‑to‑order pieces may require additional processing time.

Processing times refer to preparation before shipment and do not include weekends or holidays. If we experience an unexpected delay, we will notify you using the email provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Carriers & Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers, depending on package size and destination.

Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific method is requested and available.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Except where required by law, original shipping charges are non‑refundable once an order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stalled Shipments

8. Dropship & Third‑Party Fulfillment Items (Including Trendsi)

Some items in our store are fulfilled by trusted third‑party suppliers, including Trendsi. These products may:

• Have different processing times

• Arrive in multiple packages

• Use different carriers

You will be notified if your order ships in more than one shipment.

Important Notes for Dropship Items

• Dropship items may have longer processing or transit times than boutique‑fulfilled items.

• Dropship items follow the return and defect rules listed in our Refund Policy, including defective‑only returns for Trendsi‑fulfilled products.
