At Sassy Southern Creations, every order is packed with care, charm, and a little southern sparkle. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items ship, what to expect during delivery, and how we support you every step of the way.


1. Order Processing Times

Most in‑stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom, handmade, or made‑to‑order pieces may require additional processing time.

Processing times refer to preparation before shipment and do not include weekends or holidays. If we experience an unexpected delay, we’ll notify you using the email provided at checkout.


2. Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Shipping Carriers & Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers depending on package size and destination. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific method is requested and available.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Transit times vary by carrier and destination. Please note: Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Except where required by law, original shipping charges are non‑refundable once an order has shipped.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost, stalled, or significantly delayed, please contact us at Sassysoutherncreationsss@gmail.com. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and assist you.


8. Dropship & Third‑Party Fulfillment Items

Some items are fulfilled by trusted third‑party suppliers. These products may:

  • Ship separately

  • Have different processing times

  • Arrive in multiple packages

You will be notified if your order ships in more than one shipment.
