At Sassy Southern Creations, we take pride in creating high‑quality pieces with southern charm and boutique‑level care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns work, what qualifies, and how we support you throughout the process.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • With all original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase


2. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will:

  • Provide a return shipping label

  • Send step‑by‑step instructions for sending your item back

Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


4. Non‑Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

5. Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest method is:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want


6. European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically appear within 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time
